Responsibilities

Support the Home Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home.
Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of person‑centred care.
Oversee care planning, medication management, audits and compliance.
Mentor and support nursing and care staff.

Qualifications

Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN/RNLD).
Previous experience in a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse role.
