A leading, well-established Surrey estate agency is looking for a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join its busy Staines-upon-Thames branch.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in property, with structured training, support, and genuine progression.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:

Generating and qualifying buyer enquiries
Booking and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression
Building strong relationships with vendors and applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service
Working to targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven office
What We’re Looking For

Sales experience in any sector
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, proactive and commercially aware
