Belgium – Full Time Sales & Design Consultant – Antwerp

• Rattachée au responsable de magasin, chargée de l'accueil, du conseil et de la vente de nos produits haut de gamme.
• Gestion de projets de décoration d'ampleur pour une clientèle locale et internationale : sélection des produits, finitions et agencement sur plans.
• Suivi des commandes auprès de nos ateliers pour assurer la livraison des projets sur mesure chez nos clients.

Job Description

• Setting and achieving individual and team objectives in accordance with showroom manager.
• Lead, motivate and guide sales team to maximize performance.
• Report weekly on turnover and leads to Head of Sales.
• Respect Roche Bobois sales process and guide client in buying the right product/project.
• Use 3D software and other digital tools in the sales process and implement digitalisation strategy for the sales team.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team to enhance skills, product knowledge and use of digital tools and sales techniques.
• Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Be a brand ambassador during brand events inside and outside showrooms.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the industry through events and relationships that contribute to business growth.
• Serve as a reference point for Harrods specific processes around sales activities.

Required Skills & Personal Attributes

• At least 3 to 5 years of retail experience in the furniture industry.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and attention to detail.
• High‑quality attitude and presentation, confident, passionate, proactive, creative, team player.
• 3D software skills are a plus.
• Foreign language skills:
  Arabic and Chinese are strong plus.

Schedule

40 hours spread over 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Sales Consultant Leeds Main Responsibilities
