The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility located in Haskell, NJ. We are looking for devoted and caring Full Time and/or Per Diem Respiratory Therapists on the 7am
-7pm shift and 7pm-7am shift for our pediatric or adult units.

Our
Respiratory Therapists
examine, diagnose, and treat our residents with respiratory and cardiopulmonary diseases.
- Interview and examine residents with breathing difficulties
- Consult with doctors and nursing staff to develop and modify resident treatment plan
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity
- Use equipment to administer oxygen to the resident to assist with breathing
- Connect residents who cannot breathe to a ventilator
- Educate residents on how to use the equipment and medication
- Monitor a resident’s response to medication and alter when needed
- Regularly check on residents and equipment
- Must have BLS
- Must be a RRT
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Must be patient and sensitive to resident needs
- Must be able to work evening or night shift
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid
