Silver Swing ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Wanaque, New Jersey. We are a dedicated ABA provider focused on transforming lives through evidence-based practices, with a culture that values collaboration, growth, and client success.
In this role you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, follow treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and communicate progress with families and staff while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children.
