Lakeland Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and skilled

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated care team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care while growing as a leader, we'd love to meet you.

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participating in staff development and educational programs to stay current with industry best practices

• Contributing to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication

• Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey

• Minimum 1 of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience

• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities
