Our client is looking to appoint a reliable and organised Accounts Assistant to join their team based in Inverness. Working within a small, family run business, the successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking a varied workload in a fast-paced role, ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities Processing and reconciling sales and purchase invoices. Carrying out additional account reconciliations. Updating and maintaining accurate financial records. Daily use of Quickbooks and MS Office software as well as an in house database. Operating with accuracy and attention to detail in all record keeping. Diary management, scheduling, and booking appointments. Managing customer accounts and dealing with all related queries.

Answering enquiries by telephone and email. Dealing with colleagues, customers and other contacts in a professional manner.

The Ideal Candidate will have Previous experience in a similar administration or accounts-based role. Experience in a commercial office environment preferred but not essential. Strong IT skills including financial software systems. Strong organisational skills and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. On Offer Salary of approximately £26,000 - £30,000 Staff discount.
