Our client is a well-established main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments across Prime Central and South West London. Their projects range from full townhouse renovations and luxury apartment fit-outs to bespoke interior transformations, often working alongside leading architects and interior designers.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering high-spec residential refurbishments to the highest standards of quality and finish.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a high-end residential refurbishment project in South West London. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.

You will be client-facing and expected to uphold a professional image at all times, particularly when working in occupied homes or prestigious properties.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing all on-site operations from strip-out to final handover

* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and direct labour

* Maintaining programme and driving progress to meet key milestones

* Ensuring the highest levels of finish and attention to detail

* Liaising with clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants

* Managing site logistics in constrained, high-value residential environments

* Overseeing health & safety compliance and site documentation

* Ordering materials and managing deliveries

* Conducting regular quality inspections and snagging

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential refurbishments

* Proven experience delivering luxury projects in London

* Strong knowledge of high-spec finishes and bespoke detailing

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage demanding clients and maintain strong working relationships

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified

* Stable employment history

Desirable

* Experience working on listed buildings

* Knowledge of basement projects and structural alterations

* Carpentry background

* Strong network of trusted subcontractors
