About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing early-stage design concepts and feasibility studies, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high-quality deliverables. This role requires a deep understanding of UK planning policies and a strong ability to manage early project strategy and design development.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and contribute to projects through RIBA Stages 0–3

* Develop high-quality design proposals and documentation using Revit

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Participate in planning submissions and early-stage regulatory processes

* Maintain a high standard of design, professionalism, and delivery

Requirements

* ARB-registered, with substantial experience in UK architecture practices

* Strong proficiency in Revit (BIM experience essential)

* Excellent design and presentation skills

* Demonstrated experience with client liaison and coordination

* A collaborative team player with clear and professional communication skills

* Solid knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures
