The Position – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor

As a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you will provide dedicated support to a pupil who requires additional help with behaviour and emotional regulation. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to implement tailored behaviour strategies, support engagement in learning, and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day. This is a full-time role starting ASAP, ideal for someone patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting pupils on an individual basis.
