The Role - Behaviour Mentor

This Behaviour Mentor role involves working closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2 who may present with challenging behaviour. The role calls for a patient and resilient individual who can balance empathy with firm, consistent boundaries. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a supportive and structured environment where pupils feel understood and guided towards making positive behavioural choices. Experience working with children who display challenging behaviour is preferred.

This friendly and inclusive primary school is based in Wandsworth, only a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. This school have 376 pupils enrolled, aged 3-11 years old. The school provides high-quality teaching and learning experiences to help every child reach their full potential.
