Position: Behaviour Mentor (Temporary)
Behaviour Mentor – Primary School – Wandsworth – Starting ASAP – Full Time – Long Term - £90-£120 Per Day (dependant on experience)

* Behaviour Mentor required to start ASAP

* Behaviour Mentor required to support and work with students with challenging behaviour across KS1 and KS2

* Must have previous experience with challenging behaviour

The Role - Behaviour Mentor

This Behaviour Mentor role involves working closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2 who may present with challenging behaviour. The role calls for a patient and resilient individual who can balance empathy with firm, consistent boundaries. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a supportive and structured environment where pupils feel understood and guided towards making positive behavioural choices. Experience working with children who display challenging behaviour is preferred.

The School – Behaviour Mentor

This friendly and inclusive primary school is based in Wandsworth, only a 10 minute walk from the closest train station. This school have 376 pupils enrolled, aged 3-11 years old. The school provides high-quality teaching and learning experiences to help every child reach their full potential. Staff place a strong focus on pupil wellbeing, ensuring individual needs are met within a caring and supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged.

The school also offers support for pupils with SEN, including SEMH and ADHD. Ofsted have rated this school as good.
