Unqualified Teaching Assistant

1:1 Teaching Assistant – Specialist ASD Provision – Barnes (SW15)

A specialist sixth form provision in Barnes (SW15) for learners with ASD is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 16:45.

Responsibilities:

• Support students on a one-to-one basis in a supportive and structured environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be suitably qualified for the position advertised.
• Must be able to provide an up‑to‑date DBS or allow Axcis to process one on your behalf, along with other mandatory compliance checks.

Additional details:

• Temporary position unless stated otherwise.
• If the position involves working with children or vulnerable adults, the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
