UCM Education partners with a well-established nursery in Wandsworth to recruit an experienced Lead Teacher for the Pre-School room. This is a full-time leadership role focused on high-quality teaching, safeguarding, and a positive learning environment for young children.
You will lead the pre-school team, plan EYFS activities, monitor progress, and build strong relationships with children and families. A Level 3 Early Years qualification and prior senior room leader experience are essential.
