Behaviour HLTA
- Wandsworth - SEMH School - £120-£150 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time

Behaviour HLTA - Previous experience working as a HLTA, Behaviour Mentor or Senior Teaching Assistant required
Behaviour HLTA - Experience supporting pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour essential
Behaviour HLTA - Must be confident leading lessons, managing behaviour and delivering interventions
Behaviour HLTA - Required full time ASAPHave you previously worked as a HLTA with responsibility for behaviour?

The Role - Behaviour HLTA
Seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour HLTA to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide additional support for pupils who display challenging behaviour. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, using de-escalation techniques, supporting emotional regulation, leading lessons when required and acting as a positive role model.

You will play a key role in helping pupils re-engage with education and develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed to succeed.

This specialist secondary provision is located in Tooting within the London Borough of Wandsworth and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a structured and supportive environment focused on behaviour, wellbeing and re-engagement with education. Staff work closely with pupils to build positive relationships and help them achieve their academic and personal potential.
