Behaviour Mentor
- Wandsworth - SEMH School - 100- 120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time

The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist setting in Tooting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning.

You will act as a positive role model, encouraging attendance, resilience and positive behaviour throughout the school day.

The School - Behaviour Mentor
This specialist secondary provision is located in Tooting within the London Borough of Wandsworth and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs, providing a structured and supportive environment with a strong focus on behaviour, wellbeing and re-engagement with education. Staff work closely with pupils to develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships.

The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection.
