The business has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused financial planning and enjoys long-standing relationships with individuals, families and business owners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career Paraplanner who enjoys technical financial planning, working on complex cases and wants to progress into a Senior Paraplanner position within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role Working closely with experienced Financial Advisers, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning advice by providing technical research, analysis and report writing across a broad range of client needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed technical research and financial analysis. Producing clear, accurate and compliant suitability reports. Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases. Researching pensions, investments, estate planning and protection solutions. Preparing cashflow modelling to support client recommendations. Working with a range of leading investment and platform providers. Ensuring recommendations comply with FCA regulations and internal quality standards. Contributing ideas to enhance the firm's advice proposition and client experience.

Building strong working relationships with advisers and the wider team. About You We're looking for someone who has:
At least 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) practice. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Experience supporting high-net-worth clients, particularly those approaching or in retirement. Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning and protection. Experience using platforms such as Transact, Aberdeen, Quilter or similar. Experience using cashflow modelling software. Excellent report writing, analytical and technical research skills.

A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail. The confidence to challenge constructively to help deliver the best outcomes for clients. Ambition to achieve Chartered status and develop into a Senior Paraplanner. What's on Offer Competitive salary up to £50,000 , depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package.
