About The Company:
Our client is a leading luxury property refurbishment and construction specialist, delivering full-service project management, transformation and aftercare solutions for super-prime residences across London, the UK and EU.
With an impeccable track record on mansions, penthouses, mews houses and prestigious heritage projects, they pride themselves on craftsmanship, meticulous delivery and unrivalled client care.
We’re now looking for a Contracts & Project Manager to join their growing team – ideally someone with deep experience in restoration or super-prime residential projects, strong project management capabilities, and confident estimating and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full project delivery across high-end restoration and residential refurbishment works.
Accurately prepare scopes of works and detailed pricing for projects — including cost analysis and competitive tendering.
Project manage works from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants and contractors.
Prepare and review project programmes, risk registers, procurement plans and financial forecasts.
Take ownership of interim valuations, progress payments and final accounts.
Conduct regular site visits, quality audits and review contractor performance.
Monitor Health & Safety compliance and ensure safe, compliant sites at all times.
Proactively manage variations, change control and commercial risk.
What We’re Looking For:
Significant experience in the restoration or super-prime residential sector (refurbishment, heritage, luxury homes).
Strong project management experience, ideally managing complex builds across multiple trades/sites.
Proven ability to prepare accurate scopes of works and competitive cost plans/quotes.
Excellent client-facing skills with confidence in holding commercial and technical discussions.
Highly organised with first-class communication skills and commercial acumen.
Experience preparing interim and final accounts, managing cashflow and contract administration.
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
