As the Building Services Manager, you will be:

Supporting the Head of Maintenance with management and auditing of contracted services.
Overseeing compliance contracts including LOLER, Legionella L8, and fire systems.
Supervising specialist subcontractors and leading contractor performance evaluations.
Conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance documentation is audit-ready. You

To be successful in the role of Building Services Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience:

Extensive experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within complex environments.
Strong knowledge of compliance management for building services.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
Good communication skills and a detailed understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
