We operate throughout London and the Home Counties, offering a comprehensive service on all aspects of physical and electronic security. Our signature locks were awarded Best Product (2026) by Great British Brands, recognising our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and uncompromising quality. Most important, however, are the people who make up Banham.
Our dedicated employees live and breathe collaboration; they inspire and learn from each other while upholding our standards of People, Service and Quality alongside our core values of Family, Pride and Trust everyday.
Employees who began their Banham careers as trainees now head our key departments, and we are proud to foster a working environment that encourages staff to stay with us for many years through continual training, internal mobility and development opportunities.

Overseeing learner caseload allocation and progress review activity across the team.
Leading, coaching, and developing team members through regular one-to-ones, objective setting, and performance support.
Allocating work effectively to ensure workloads are balanced and service standards are maintained.
Supporting the delivery and administration of commercial training programmes.
Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the learner experience, team processes, and service delivery.
