We are currently seeking a Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealer group in Putney, Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to advance their careers within a well-established, customer-focused environment. Benefits of the Car Sales Executive:

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
OTE of £50,000 - £55,000, achievable with excellent performance

Working hours:

5 days per week, including 1 in 3 Sundays on rota

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements
Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features
Negotiate deals to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction
Follow up on leads and develop lasting customer relationships
Work toward individual and team sales targets to maximise results

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in car sales, ideally within a dealership or used car environment
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
Full UK driving licence
