January 2026. Pay Scale: £445.00–£500.00 per week.
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wantage is looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026.
What you’ll do- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and inclusive classroom activities.
- Help create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to implement EHCPs and learning plans.
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and classroom routines.
