A friendly and community-focused mainstream primary school in Wantage, Oxfordshire is seeking a motivated and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to supporting pupils as they transition into KS2 and develop confidence and independence in their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development in Year 3
Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Using effective behaviour management strategies
Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
Working collaboratively with KS2 colleagues and support staff
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Contributing to the wider life of the school

Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching in KS2 or Year 3 is desirable but not essential.
