We have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join us at our manufacturing site in Wantage, Oxfordshire. As a Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient running of our plant, equipment and facilities. As an Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our production processes and equipment run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Carry out routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
• Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and complete effective repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimise disruption.
• Support engineers with installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment and upgrades.
• Provide technical input into improvement projects and design reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and maintenance records.

Safety & Compliance

• Work safely at all times and follow site procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Take part in risk assessments, permit‑to‑work processes, and safety improvement activities.
• Conduct equipment inspections and report any issues or hazards.

Operational Support

• Work closely with the operations team to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Assist with planned shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and cross‑functional teams to support day‑to‑day operations.
