Assembly Technician
- Temporary

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, inspect and test sub-assemblies on products.
  • Follow production procedures, work instructions and testing processes.
  • Keep accurate records of production activities and work completed.
  • Prepare finished radar products securely for shipment.
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and effective workshop environment.
  • Take a practical approach to day-to-day production issues and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a wider production team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, practical and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team.

You will ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Production Technician or in a similar production-based role.
  • Experience working within a production environment.
  • A good understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and test processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and prioritising tasks.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • The ability to independently lift and carry items weighing up to 20kg.
