Produce clear dimensional inspection reports and ballooned inspection drawings
Carry out manual dimensional inspection using 2D drawings, CAD data and engineering specifications
Use a range of inspection equipment, including:
Trimos, Mitutoyo Surf Test, Hand tools, gauges and Hardness testing equipment
Act as the technical point of contact between Inspection and other departments regarding measurement results and quality concerns
We're looking for someone with:
Proven metrology and inspection experience within motor sport or low-volume automotive engineering
Strong experience programming and operating CMMs using PC-DMIS
Excellent understanding of 2D engineering drawings, CAD data and GD&T
Strong manual inspection and metrology skills
A methodical approach based on sound measurement principles
Desirable
Experience:

Why This Opportunity?
