Veterinary Client Service Representative

At South Shore Animal Hospital, we believe caring for pets means caring for the people who love them, too. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate Client Service Representative who takes pride in creating exceptional experiences and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll be a key part of our client experience, helping pet parents feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet’s care.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
• Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately
• Listening to questions and concerns and helping find thoughtful solutions
• Communicating and collaborating with our medical and support teams
• Staying organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment
• Following through on commitments and looking for ways to improve the client experience

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are an excellent communicator and listener

• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Enjoy working collaboratively and supporting your teammates

• Are comfortable learning new technology and processes
• Have customer service, hospitality, veterinary, medical, or other client-facing experience
• Genuinely care about animals and understand how important they are to their families

Veterinary experience is a plus, but we value attitude, character, and a commitment to excellent service just as highly.

• $20–$23/hour, based on experience
• 4-day workweek
