Lager counseling services is seeking licensed clinical psychotherapists in the following fields: LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, licensed psychologist, or the like. (Also hiring Saturday therapists for part‑time FFS positions in Bellmore, Wantagh & Bethpage - $65‑75/session)

The objective of this role is to provide high‑quality psychotherapy to clients seeking real change—while maintaining a stable, sustainable caseload through strong clinical judgment, reliable presence, and effective placement alignment.

• Maintains a consistent caseload of 25–28 sessions per week

• Engages thoughtfully in ongoing professional growth
• This is an outcome‑driven role focused on quality, sustainability, and depth of work.

We are seeking clinicians who bring:

• Clinical maturity and therapeutic authority
• Strong insight into behavioral and relational patterns
• The ability to ask meaningful, well‑timed questions that support growth
• A grounded, calm presence in emotionally charged sessions
• Professional consistency and follow‑through
• A collaborative, respectful approach to teamwork
• Commitment to personal and professional development

• Fully licensed clinician in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Several years of post‑licensure clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with adults, parents, couples or relational dynamics, family

• Proven ability to maintain long‑term client engagement and retention
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
• Schedule & caseload consistency

• 3 evenings per week (e.g., 12–8 or 1–9) OR
• Schedules are designed collaboratively and support both client access and clinician sustainability.

• Base salary range: $80,000 based on experience and demonstrated clinical capacity
• Compensation reflects the ability to sustain 25–28 sessions per week
• Growth in compensation is tied to clinical authority, complexity, and contribution over time
