This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Wapakoneta, OH, for an Insurance Customer Service Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, providing insurance advice, addressing concerns, managing claims, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The agent will act as a point of contact between clients and insurance providers, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Prior customer relations experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to be Ohio Department of Insurance licensed after hiring is required (expenses paid by agency)
