Assistant Machine Operator - Night Shift (Washington Penn)

Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $19.00/hr.

• Day Shift: 7 am – 7 pm
• Night Shift: 7 pm – 7 am
• Week 1 – Monday & Tuesday on, Wednesday & Thursday off, Friday, Saturday & Sunday on
• Week 2 – Monday & Tuesday off, Wednesday & Thursday on, Friday, Saturday & Sunday off

• Complete the Assistant Operator training program
• Maintain knowledge of raw material transfer systems and material locations
• Monitor resin silo levels and notify departments when refilling is needed
• Provide relief coverage for other extruders during operator breaks
• Follow general instructions and formulations from the Shift Supervisor
• Familiarize with Material Safety Data Sheets and use proper safety equipment
• Record material identification and quantities used
• Package and label finished material and place in the holding area
• Perform miscellaneous equipment maintenance
• Keep work area clean and safe; report hazards to the Supervisor
• Assist operators when needed and perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work within a rotating schedule
• Basic computer skills (word‑processing, spreadsheets)
• Physical ability to stand or walk up to 12 hours, lift 50 lbs, and climb stairs multiple times
