This hourly role follows the Scotts step pay progression scale and typically starts at $26.05 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.

In

this role you will:

Move all drop trailers in and out of dock door locations in conjunction with shipping and receiving instructions.
Move product and trailers across the warehouse lot to different destinations.
Secure trailers in place using wheel chocks and locking systems.
Conduct safety checks prior to forklift drivers entering a trailer.
Open and close trailer doors and assist Forklift Drivers as needed.
Maintain and update relevant paperwork and conduct daily safety audits of the yard.
Report and hazards and work with facility leadership on continuous improvement projects.
Assist third party Drivers by coordinating the movement of trucks within the yard.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Class A CDL - HM not required but suggested
Must have at least 3 years verifiable driving experience
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in the last 3 years
Medically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to lift 55 lbs or more
