IB Early Years (EYP) Homeroom Teacher

Skill Stork International School is looking for experienced and nurturing IB Early Years Programme (EYP) Homeroom Teachers to join our Early Learning team.

This role focuses on play-based, inquiry-driven learning aligned with the IB PYP Early Years philosophy, supporting the holistic development of young learners in a warm, child-centred international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver play-based, inquiry-led learning aligned with IB EYP guidelines
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
- Observe, document, and assess learning using IB-appropriate assessment practices
- Maintain student portfolios and learning documentation
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, coordinators, and specialists
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Uphold child safeguarding, health & safety, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience – Mandatory
- IB Early Years / IB PYP experience (minimum 2 years) – Preferred
- Experienced candidates only – freshers need not apply
- E.C.C.Ed / NTT / Montessori /

D.Ed. /

B.Ed. – Mandatory
- IB certifications / workshops – Preferred
- Computer skills – Mandatory
