Part‑Time Customer Service Representative – Pioneer Valley Environmental, Ware, MA

Pioneer Valley Environmental is looking for a part‑time Customer Service Rep to be the friendly and professional voice of our company. You will provide top‑notch support to customers needing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services.

• Check emails and organize daily tasks.

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with scheduling repairs, troubleshooting heating, air conditioning, or plumbing issues, and following up on previous appointments.

• Process orders, handle refunds, and maintain detailed records of all interactions.

• Multitask effectively to keep the plumbing/HVAC operations running smoothly and respond to urgent customer needs.

• Maintain a structured part‑time schedule: 8 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, to ensure a healthy work‑life balance.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of office administration experience or comparable work experience
• Good computer skills and knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Familiarity with Service Titan
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
