, you’ll be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to customers in need of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services.

We’re searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of office administration education or comparable work experience
• Good computer skills and knowledge of common office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Experience with or the ability to learn business telephone systems
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills

Enjoy a structured and predictable part-time schedule between 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, allowing you to maintain a great work-life balance!

Every day, you’re the friendly and professional point of contact for customers needing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. You start by checking emails and organizing your tasks, ensuring no customer request goes unanswered. The phone rings, and you’re quick to assist—whether it’s scheduling urgent repairs, answering questions about heating, air conditioning, or plumbing services, or following up on previous appointments.

Some calls require problem-solving, where you listen to customer concerns, determine the best solution, and ensure they receive the service they need. Throughout the day, you also process orders, handle refunds, and keep detailed records of every interaction. Your ability to multitask keeps everything running smoothly. By the end of the day, you’ve made a real impact—helping customers and keeping our plumbing, heating, and air conditioning operations efficient and responsive.
