Responsibilities- Join as an Associate Team Leader and support a single retail office during tax season to consistently exceed client expectations and provide daily operations direction for the tax office.
- Begin with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall and transition to a full-time schedule January through April.
- Lead the office from the front desk, provide phone coverage, engage with clients, and deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to ensure all tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed on time with attention to quality standards, priorities, and goals.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Serve as onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution and escalating as necessary to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager.
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation as needed.
- Manage onsite escalated client service concerns and oversee client service experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Prior experience working in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week and adjust based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

- Pay Range: $11.00 - $29.00/Hr. (local minimum wage laws apply; pay decisions based on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location).
