As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you’ll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
  • Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
  • Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals
  • Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
  • Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
  • Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families – OR – Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to support others
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
  • Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Must be 21 years or older
