Laborer Equipment - Ware, MA

ReSource Waste Services of Ware is a C&D recycling location that utilizes an on-site rail system to ship residual. We are looking for a Laborer with equipment experience. The Laborer with equipment experience will be responsible for the following:

• Laborer:
  • Laborer duties include the following but not limited to:
    • Tarping rail cars
    • Directing trucks
    • Facility site upkeep
    • Other assigned duties
• Equipment:
  • Operate small equipment such as a forklift and skid steer with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Daily routine equipment maintenance.
  • Training on heavy equipment
• May on occasion get involved with maintenance of the facility so any mechanical ability is a plus but not required.
• Training provided on site. Room for advancement.
• Ensure compliance within company standards, federal and state policies.
• Adhere to health and safety programs.
• The position requires you to work outside in all types of weather.
• Able to lift approximately 50lbs.
• The position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• The position is Monday – Friday with periodic Saturdays and usually 40-50 hours per week.

Pay is based on experience. Pay range $15.00 -$17.00 per hour
