• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in patients’ homes, ensuring clinical outcomes and patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document care electronically using Aveanna tablet system and follow documentation standards.
• Provide education to patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self‑management.
• Maintain compliance with all health‑related requirements, including required vaccinations and testing.

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna assists with obtaining certification after hire if needed.
• TB skin test completed within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
