Join to apply for the Shift Manager full time role at McDonald's.
In this role, you would oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew and the next shift managers to help them prepare to run a great shift.
- Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
- Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
- Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
