TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer – Sales Associate

Our Sales Associates use their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the needs of our customers in the ever‑changing world of wireless. They also support their local communities through the TCC Gives program, which includes 16 paid volunteer hours per year, grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in company‑supported initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive).
BenefitsAverage Salary: $55-65,000 per year. Salary includes a competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing.

- Serve as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value for all customers.
- Conduct calls to customers seeking more information about products and services.
- Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
- Maintain a positive attitude, energy, and contribute equally to the team's efforts.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
- Approximate 10% travel required as needed by the business.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
