Position: Civic Events & Admin Officer — Flexible Hours

Dorset Council is seeking an Administrative Officer to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents and manage the Mayor's diary. This varied role includes planning civic events and supporting council business. Ideal candidates will possess solid administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and a community focus.

With a friendly team and flexible working options, this role offers 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays. Local government experience is a bonus, but a good sense of humour and calm disposition are essential.
