Salaried GP Maternity Cover Fixed Term September 2026-June 2027 - Wareham Surgery

6 sessions over Monday/Thursday/Friday

• Supportive Leadership
  :
  Led by five long-standing GP partners who know the community and care deeply about staff and patients
• Cohesive Practice Team
  : 5 partners 4 salaried GPs, friendly and supportive nursing team and admin.
• Smart Working, Not Overworking
  : A GP led triage hub contributes to workload management, to reduce workload and maximise clinically relevant face to face consultations. An experienced workflow team minimises document processing with pharmacist input for discharge and other medication management.
• Strong PCN Use
  :
  We benefit from PCN ARRS roles such as FCP and MH practitioner and acute home visits
• Specialist interests encouraged
  . We are already a research and training practice, and keen to support GPs with developing areas of special interest.
• Set in the beautiful Purbeck countryside, close to amazing beaches and outdoor pursuits.

• Provide holistic care through face-to-face, telephone and remote consultations
• Share duty doctor responsibilities within a manageable structure
