We are seeking a committed High Level Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive and well-regarded specialist provision in the Wareham area. • Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, ideally supporting children with SEN
• Confidence delivering learning activities
• Patience, adaptability and strong communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed

• Leading small-group and 1:1 learning activities
• Supporting teachers with planning and classroom organisation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Providing pastoral support and helping create a calm, structured environment
• Assisting with daily routines and wider school activities
