The Role- Teaching within KS1 or KS2
- Full-time position
- Starting September
- Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons
- Supporting pupils to achieve the highest possible outcomes
- Contributing to the wider life and development of the school
- Working collaboratively with a passionate and experienced staff team
- Building a culture based on positive relationships, children's rights, and the value of listening
- Developing an emergent, inquiry-based curriculum using innovative teaching approaches
- Delivering high-quality learning through collaboration and pupil engagement
- Exploring creative approaches to the teaching of English, Maths, and the wider curriculum
- Encouraging children to express themselves through a variety of learning experiences and creative opportunities
- Providing regular and meaningful outdoor learning opportunities
- Engaging in ongoing educational research to further enhance learning across KS1 and KS2
- A passionate and reflective classroom practitioner
- Experience with in KS1 or KS2
- A teacher who can inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Someone who thrives within a collaborative and innovative team environment
- A commitment to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
