Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and creative individual to work with young people aged 16-25 with PMLD, complex needs and SEMH, based on our working farm and outdoor learning environment.

You will support learners through alternative, hands-on and sensory-led learning, helping them to develop communication, independence, emotional regulation and life skills in a safe, nurturing setting.

• Farm activities and animal care
• Outdoor education and nature-based learning
• Sensory exploration and personalised learning experiences
• Building trusting, consistent relationships

• Special educational needs (PMLD, complex needs, SEMH)
• Education, care, youth work or support roles
