Job Overview
Therapy Assistant Practitioner joining the community ICRT in Purbeck.
Main Duties- Carry out holistic assessments and treatment plans under indirect supervision.
- Support patients in homes and care homes to promote independence.
- Assist with rehabilitation on the ward at Swanage Hospital when required.
- Record interventions according to professional standards.
- Therapy Assistant Practitioner apprenticeship (NVQ
3) or equivalent. - Care Certificate completion or willingness to complete.
- Experience as an Assistant at an advancing level.
- Recent experience in a comparable role.
- Experience with defined clinical or therapeutic interventions delegated by a Registered Practitioner.
- Effective communication at different organisational levels.
- 27 days annual leave, rising to 33 over ten years.
