Domestic Assistant

There is an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to support our services at Wareham Hospital. This post is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 05:30am to 09:30am.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in clinical ward-based and non-clinical areas throughout the main hospital.
• Vacuum, mop, damp dust, clean bathrooms, toilets and empty bins.
• Operate mechanical floor cleaning machines.
• Work as part of a team, displaying flexibility, good communication skills and initiative.
• Support the Facilities Supervisor in ensuring cleanliness standards are implemented and maintained.

• Current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK is not acceptable for this role.
• Must have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or a valid DBS certificate if subscribed to the update service.
• Available to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 05:30am-09:30am.
• Full on-site training will be provided; PPE provision included.
