GRP Laminator

Location: Holton Heath

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced GRP Laminator to join a growing manufacturing team.

My client is a well-established specialist within the composites industry, producing high-quality GRP products for a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled GRP Laminator looking to join a busy and professional environment where quality and attention to detail are highly valued.

The successful GRP Laminator will play a key role in the production process, working with composite materials to manufacture high-quality GRP components to specification and deadline requirements.

The role would suit an experienced GRP Laminator who takes pride in their workmanship and is confident working within a fast-paced production environment.

As a GRP Laminator, your responsibilities will include:

Hand lay-up and laminating of GRP products
Working from technical drawings and specifications
Preparing moulds and materials prior to laminating
Trimming, finishing and inspecting completed components
Ensuring all products meet quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working closely with production teams to meet deadlines
Following health and safety procedures at all times

To be considered for this GRP Laminator position, you should have:

Previous experience working as a GRP Laminator

Experience with hand lay-up and composite materials
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of health and safety within manufacturing
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Flexibility to support overtime when required
