Pre-preg Laminator

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Pre Preg Laminator to join a specialist composites manufacturing team.

My client operates within a high-quality manufacturing environment producing precision composite components for a range of industries. The successful Pre Preg Laminator will be responsible for working with composite materials and pre-preg processes to manufacture high-quality components to exact specifications. The role would suit a detail-focused Pre Preg Laminator with experience working within a fast-paced production environment and a strong understanding of quality standards.

As a Pre Preg Laminator, your responsibilities will include:

• Laminating composite components using pre-preg materials
• Reading and working from technical drawings and lay-up schedules
• Preparing moulds, tooling and materials for production
• Vacuum bagging and preparing components for curing
• Trimming and finishing completed parts to specification
• Conducting quality checks throughout the laminating process
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

To be considered for this Pre Preg Laminator position, you should have:

• Previous experience working as a Pre Preg Laminator
• Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes
• Experience with vacuum bagging and curing processes
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
• Flexibility to support overtime when required
