As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and leading a team on the powder coating line

Estimating powder usage and managing stock accordingly

Communicating and coordinating with other supervisors to keep production on track

Carrying out hands‑on powder coating work yourself when needed

Performing hands‑on maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently

Maintaining quality and output standards across the team

As a Powder Coating Supervisor, your experience will include:

Proven hands‑on powder coating experience, confident picking up a gun and getting stuck in

Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience

Strong estimating skills, particularly around powder usage

A genuine can‑do attitude and willingness to lead by example

Practical maintenance skills

Good communication skills across departments
