Trainee Powder Coater

You're working independently on the line, trusted with the finish quality that goes out the door, and well on your way to a genuine trade skill.

Paying £13.00 per hour.

• Full training provided, no previous powder coating experience required
• Monday to Friday hours only, with no weekend work
• Early finishes Monday to Friday
• The chance to learn a specialist trade with genuine long-term demand
• A clear route to progress into a permanent, skilled role
• Working as part of a small, hands-on team

• Spray painting components to a high standard using powder coating equipment
• Preparing items thoroughly ahead of painting
• Masking and demasking parts as required
• Maintaining and caring for spray equipment
• Keeping the work area clean and organised through general housekeeping duties

• Previous spraying experience is highly desirable but not essential, full training given
• A genuinely high level of attention to detail
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting experience labouring
• Confident using hand and power tools
• A good understanding of written English to follow instructions and safety procedures
